INJECTION CORE FILLING SPRAY FOAM
Injection spray foam insulation is a method of insulating existing walls and enclosed cavities by injecting a liquid foam that expands to fill gaps, cracks, and voids. Unlike traditional batt insulation, the foam conforms to irregular spaces and hard-to-reach areas, creating a continuous air seal that reduces drafts and improves energy efficiency. Once injected, the material expands and cures in place, forming a dense, durable barrier that helps regulate indoor temperatures, minimize moisture intrusion, and reduce noise transmission. This makes it especially useful for retrofitting older buildings where walls are already finished and access is limited.
Injection spray foam is used in the construction of solid walls for use in Commercial Kitchen walls where vermin proofing is a requirement of building code.
